There will be a competition trap shooting june 25th ,2010. 9:00am registration starts at 10:00am. At KCTA public shooting park in smithville. sponsored by missouri farm bureau. There are teams and i might be participating in the event. If others are wanting to participate also let me know. So maybe we can get a team together.Also the team can be sponsored by mokan and the club will be recognized with signage at KCTA and in missouri farm bureaus bimonthly magazine-distributed to it's members (estimated 108,000). A team consist of 5 people. There are prizes,drawing for a rifle. If any questions just pm.

I have never been to the range in Smithville. However, I have shot a couple of times down at Lynne Creek, MO.......They have probably 50-75 trap shooting pods.

Sounds good to get together and do some shooting. My son and I are not that good, we are beginners. Went 3 times last year. We went to the skeet range in Harrisonville. This is a pretty good place that is run by some very down to earth people. 6 bucks for a round of 25.

Down to 16 ga and 20 ga now. Bryce sold his 12 ga to my brother-in-law for his cousins b-day.

With a plate in the wrist now. Torn rotator cuff . That leaves the 10 Gauge out for sure . Think I better sit this one out for this year .

shooting skeet shouldnt be limited to a friendly get together of shooting, I think we should all get together and bring everything we have to shoot, not just limit it to shot guns!!!!!!!!!!! that would give others an oppertunity to shoot things they never thought they would have a chance to shoot... riffles, black powder, bows ???? why limit it to just shot guns>?????????????

I'm always up for some shooting I have a few guns. Geoff and I alwyas talked about getting together but haven't done it yet. So let me know when you guys want to shoot. I'm not to shabby.
