Anyone have any suggestions for me to check? I have 3 ATVs to maintain. Please tell me what you all check. I have not started a List yet for myself. I did think one of the main things to check or just to do is re-grease all of the wheel bearings, due to the water and mud washing the grease out from riding in it different times of the year!

Thanks Ahead of Time,

Rickey

Well My check List is
Regrease axle bearings
front wheel bearings
Check all bearings bushings in the swingarm and a-arms
check all ball joints
and tie rod ends
allways change oil and filter if you have a filter
and if you didnt drain gas before winter ended or didnt start your atv
I would drain gas and put new in
check clean or replace air filters
I have 7 atvs that need to be ready for the summer ITS always fun LOL

its always good to wash your atv/bike, after a ride too.. this dont just make it look good but its helps you see or find a failure after a hard ride and always good to get the dirt and grime out of them bearings and moving parts .. sure there will be times you cant wash it but i always try to keep my junk clean..

Top1banshee, I will need to get with you to take a look at my 3 and show me all that you mention for me to check. What to look for and such. I did find out that my wheel bearings for all 3 of our atvs are sealed. Also on my sons and my bikes the swing arm bushings I do believe have a grease fiting. ILL double check as today is a snow day.

Nick, I use 2050 in all 3 of our 4 wheelers. Figured the extra protection is needed since 2 of them are air cooled.
